Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Lite Packaging supports domestic and international delivery for samples and custom packaging orders. Because most orders are made to specification, production and shipping arrangements are confirmed individually.
Production Lead Time
Production lead time begins after the required artwork or proof is approved, specifications are confirmed, and agreed payment requirements are satisfied. Estimated production times are provided in the quotation and may vary according to quantity, materials, finishes, tooling, approvals, factory schedule, holidays, and quality-control requirements.
Shipping Methods and Estimates
Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or another agreed service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, customs inspections, destination restrictions, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, carton dimensions, chargeable weight, delivery method, and applicable service requirements. Unless expressly included in the quotation, product prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or destination fees.
Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and import information and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, permits, and destination charges. Customs authorities may request additional documentation or cause delays.
Address Changes
Confirm the delivery name, telephone number, address, postal code, and country before dispatch. Address changes after dispatch may be unavailable or subject to carrier fees and delays.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking or shipment documents will be provided when available. Large or freight shipments may use milestone updates rather than continuous parcel tracking. The customer should ensure that an authorized person can receive and inspect the shipment.
Damage, Shortage, or Loss
Please inspect the outer cartons and goods promptly. Note visible damage with the carrier where possible and retain cartons, labels, and packing materials. Contact sales@litepackaging.com promptly with the shipment reference and supporting photographs or video so that we can assist with investigation and any available carrier claim.
