Custom Order Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Most Lite Packaging products are made or customized to a customer’s specifications. This policy explains how quotations, proofs, changes, cancellations, returns, and quality concerns are handled. The written quotation, invoice, proof, and order confirmation for a specific project take priority if they contain different terms.
Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity starts from 100 pieces. Minimum quantities may vary by structure, size, material, printing method, finish, insert, and production requirements. The confirmed minimum quantity will be stated in your quotation.
Quotations and Specifications
Prices shown as “Request a Quote” are not final retail prices. Final pricing depends on confirmed dimensions, materials, quantity, artwork, logo process, inserts, packing method, delivery destination, and requested schedule. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation.
Artwork, Proofs, and Approval
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, text, dimensions, colors, and other specifications. Production begins only after the required proof or sample is approved and the agreed payment requirements are satisfied. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, logo placement, and other project details.
Changes and Cancellations
Requested changes before approval may require a revised quotation or schedule. After proof approval, material purchasing, tooling, sampling, printing, or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any recoverable or non-recoverable cost will be assessed according to the actual work completed and commitments already made.
Custom Products and Returns
Because custom products are produced for a specific customer, approved custom goods are not eligible for return or exchange due to preference changes, incorrect customer-provided information, or minor variations normally associated with materials and manufacturing. This does not limit remedies for goods that are materially defective, damaged before delivery, or materially inconsistent with the approved specification.
Color, Material, and Manufacturing Variations
Screen displays, digital proofs, material batches, paper texture, fabric direction, printing, foil, embossing, and handmade assembly can produce reasonable variations. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific matching method and tolerance are agreed in writing.
Quality Concerns
Please inspect goods promptly after delivery. If there is a suspected manufacturing defect, shortage, transit damage, or specification discrepancy, contact us promptly at sales@litepackaging.com with the order reference, affected quantity, packaging labels, and clear photographs or video. We will review the evidence and propose an appropriate remedy based on the verified issue.
Intellectual Property
The customer confirms that it has permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials supplied to us. We will use customer files only as reasonably necessary to quote, sample, produce, and support the relevant order, subject to our Privacy Policy.
