Customization & Quality Control
Customization Options
Packaging can be developed around your product, presentation style, and brand requirements. Available options depend on structure, material, quantity, and production method.
- Structure: lid-and-base, drawer, flip-top, magnetic, mailer, coordinated sets, and accessories.
- Size: standard references or custom dimensions confirmed during quotation.
- Materials: paper-based, wrapped rigid, textile, synthetic leather, velvet, and other options where suitable.
- Color: material colors, printed colors, and reference-based matching subject to process and batch variation.
- Branding: printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, labels, and other compatible finishes.
- Inserts: jewelry holders, foam, card, fabric-covered inserts, or custom-fit solutions.
Proof and Sample Review
Before production, the required approval route is confirmed for the project. This may include a digital proof, material reference, existing sample, or custom physical sample. Customers should review dimensions, spelling, artwork, logo placement, colors, materials, and functional details before approval.
Production Quality Control
Quality checks are planned according to the confirmed specification and may include incoming material review, print and logo checks, structure and dimension checks, assembly review, visual inspection, quantity verification, and packing review. The appropriate inspection method depends on the order and will be confirmed where required.
Reasonable Production Variation
Paper, fabric, leather-like materials, printing, foil, embossing, adhesive application, and manual assembly can show reasonable variation between samples, production batches, and screen previews. Critical tolerances or matching requirements should be agreed in writing before production.
